BE IT REMEMBERED that at 8:44 A.M. on MONDAY, AUGUST 24, 2015, a SPECIAL SESSION - BUDGET WORKSHOP of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

2. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the Budget for 2015 - 2016.
 

Budget Officer Ashlie Koenig, Senior Director of Parks and Recreation Randy Bell, General Manager for Expo Center Clint Chitsey, Senior Director of Human Resources Tara Raymore, Sheriff's Office Financial Analyst Kurt Showalter, County Sheriff James Wilson, Captain Mike Gleason of the Sheriff's Office, County Attorney Dee Hobbs, Justice of the Peace Precinct #4 Judy Hobbs, First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley, Captain Pete Hughey of the Sheriff's Office, Budget Analyst Jennifer Templeton, Director of Emergency Communications Scott Parker, and Senior Director of Emergency Services John Sneed.

Motion: To add $109,610.00 for Conservation Foundation Monies / Tax Benefit Financing and $19,679.20 for 911 Communications - TeleStaff Implementation Completion.

This Motion and Second were Withdrawn.

Motion: To add one additional detective for the Sheriff's Office in the amount of $119,023.75 to be included with one detective previously requested but with no designation for a total of two detectives.

Motion:  To add Parks Expo Staffing of Assistant Operations Manager at $15,556.00, Administrative Assistant  at $14,487.00, Event  Coordinator at $13,813.00, and Expo Tech at $11,587.00; Park Expo Management & Operations (M&O) in the amount of $93,754.32; and Park Expo Capital in the amount of $76,623.11 for a total of $225,820.43.
