BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:11 A.M. on TUESDAY, AUGUST 25, 2015, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the August 18, 2015 meeting.

Motion: To approve the payment of one invoice from BOK Financial for Debt Service due on August 15, 2015 in the amount of $1,094,847.50.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED TO A PUBLIC HEARING AT 10:12 A.M. ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 25, 2015.

3. Public hearing on the proposed 2015 tax rate for Avery Ranch Road District.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court and stated 0.103705 is the current tax rate and 0.0975 is the proposed tax rate. No action was taken on this item.
