BE IT REMEMBERED that at 12:41 P.M. on TUESDAY, AUGUST 11, 2015, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the July 21, 2015 meeting.

2. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court. No action was taken on this item.

3. Discuss and take appropriate to include a record vote on a proposed tax rate for Avery Ranch Road District for tax year 2015.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley and Tax Assessor/Collector Chief Deputy Larry Gaddes addressed the Court.

Motion by: Commissioner Precinct 1 Lisa Birkman

Second by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey
Motion: To adopt the recommended tax rate of $0.09750 per $100.00 of taxable value and set Public Hearings at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 and Tuesday, August 25, 2015 in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Historic Courthouse.
