Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Supplemental #1 to Professional Service Agreement for the CR 258 (Sunset Ridge to Ronald Reagan Blvd) project between Williamson County and Don Durden, Inc., dba Civil Engineering Consultants relating to the 2006 Road Bond program.

Background

This supplemental adds $100,000.00 to the contract compensation cap of $300,000.00 so that CEC may perform additional hydraulic analysis based on surveyed channel cross-sections, modify roadway plans to incorporate profile change, develop/submit 95% PS&E to meet TxDOT 2014 Standards and provide bid phase services for $54,333.00. Construction phase services work authorization to come closer to letting.
