We need to have someone come in and help our civil clerk to help her process and file civil cases, and answer the phone for civil. We would only need this position until we fill the current supervisory position we have posted. There is money in a current salary line item and I realize we cannot use those funds but if we could move funds over to cover the cost of having someone come in and work not more than 20 hours a week through at least Sept. 10, 2015, would help our office greatly. I will look and see where we can transfer money to pay for a position and we could pay the position about $1600.00 would be the amount we could use. If we could move funds from 01.0100.0451.003010 to the line item for part time seasonal that would be great.
After talking to Bonnie it was determined she would only need $780.00 (three weeks x 20 hours/week x $13/hr) vs. the $1600 she was initially requesting. |
