Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve the Tax Collection Agreement between the Leander TODD Municipal Utility District No. 1 and the County of Williamson in the State of Texas.
Background
Tax Collection Agreements between entities and the County of Williamson require the County Judge's signature. Three original documents are submitted for the County Judge for his signature once approval has been granted by the Commissioners' Court. Return the original documents to the Tax Assessor/Collector's office for further processing.
