Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a Services Contract for Comprehensive Disaster Recovery Services and Financial and Grant Management Support between Williamson County and Hagerty Consulting, Inc., per TX-Mas contract TXMAS-14-874010

Background

Although a valid TXMAS cooperative contract is available for this service, a Request for Quotation was issued. The responses were evaluated by an evaluation committee by considering various criteria in order to ensure the best value for the County.
It is the recommendation to approve this agreement with the highest scoring firm Hagerty Consulting,Inc., a service provider that will offer Williamson County comprehensive disaster recovery management services, including FEMA Public Assistance Advisory Services, HUD SDBG-DR Support, FEMA 404 and 406 Hazard Mitigation Expertise, Financial and Grant Management Support, and Data Management.
