Background

This is the next plat in the Sonterra West Section 8 development. It consists of 21 single-family lots and 717 feet of new public roadway. Construction on this section is not yet complete, but fiscal in the amount of $84,215.82 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of incomplete construction. All applicable plat review fees have also been paid.
