Discuss, consider, and take any appropriate action regarding designating a day of the week and time that Commissioners Court shall convene in regular term each month during FY2016 pursuant to Tex. Gov't Code Section 81.005, including but not limited to making any necessary revisions to the Rules of Decorum.

Background

The attached revised draft of the Rules of Decorum is to clarify that all Tuesdays are Regular Terms/Meetings and all other meetings are Special Terms/Meetings pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 81.005(g)-(h). Other substantive changes, along with relevant citations, have been made to the Rules of Decorum to bring them up to date in that it has been numerous years since the rules were updated.
