Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Star Ranch Parcel 23 subdivision - Pct 4.
Background
This is a single-lot plat that will be developed as a series of single-family detached homes, with a density similar to patio homes.  This final plat was approved by the City of Hutto on August 6, 2015.  The City does not require the owner's signature on the plat until after it has been approved, but must be obtained before it is recorded.  The remaining required signatures are currently being obtained by the City of Hutto.  Williamson County 911 Addressing has already assigned addresses for each of the units contained within the plat.  The preliminary plat was approved on July 21, 2015.
