Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the approval of a contract with Thomson Reuters to provide CLEAR services countywide.
Background
CLEAR is an investigate tool allowing offices to research public and proprietary records. This contract is already existing within particular offices. However this new contract consolidates the accounts in order to provider deeper discounts to our pricing.
