Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving interlocal cooperative agreement between Williamson County and the City of Georgetown, providing Georgetown with access to automobile propane fuel.

Background

The City of Georgetown asked to purchase fuel from the County as they do not currently have storage facilities available. Williamson County will invoice cost plus 10 cents per gallon, and under acceptable controls (such as monthly reporting to monitor usage) at the County's Central Maintenance Facility, to cover costs and overhead expenses. The term of this agreement shall be (3) years unless terminated the parties decide to terminate.
