Discuss, consider, and take approproate action on a line item transfer for Hazardous Materials.

Background

Funds needed for additional training of the Hazardous Materials staff. I am requesting that Marty continue his education as a certified Inspector, in part to fulfill the needs of the Haz Mat department. This training will also be beneficial if in the future the Commissioner's Court decides to appoint a County Fire Marshal. This certification is required and sanctioned by NFPA, and TCOLE.
