Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Change Order No. 1, to contract number 14IFB00243, in the amount of $-15,258.45 for fog sealing the parking lot of Twin Lakes Park.

Background

This project is complete, with all punch items and is successfully completed. This Change Order balances the contract quantities and would decrease the total contract amount by $15,258.45. The Original Contract amount was $162,837.75, Change Order # 1 would decrease the contract amount by $15,258.45, for an adjusted, Total Contract Amount of $147,579.30. No additional days will be added to, or deducted from, the Contract as a result of this Change Order.
