Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the preliminary plat for the Sunny Slope subdivision - Pct 2.

Background

This is a new rural subdivision located along the east side of Sunny Slope Road and north of CR 258. It consists of 21, one-acre lots. There will be no new roads. Adequate additional right-of-way dedication has been provided along the north side of CR 258 for its proposed widening and reconsruction. The required preliminary plat review fee of $1,190 has been paid.
