Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding Services Contract for Installation of HVAC System (Sign Shop Phase II) (TX-MAS-13-03FACC0110), including but not limited to approval and authorization for County Judge to sign same and any related documents.

Background

This is a co-op purchase, which is exempt from bidding. In addition to the equipment, there is are services being rendered; therefore, there is a need to include standard Wilco terms and conditions in the form of a simplified services contract form prepared by Legal.
