Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing advertising and setting date of September 16, 2014 at 3:00 PM in the Purchasing Department to receive proposals for Pecan Harvesting Lease (Blackland Heritage County Park), proposal # 14RFP00235.

Background

This RFP is to provide a pecan harvester for the harvesting of an estimated 200 native and mature pecan trees that are situated on approximately 90 acres out of a tract of land known as the Blackland Heritage County Park.
