Discuss and consider authorizing the Purchasing Department to have GovDeals Auctioneers hold online auctions for the sale of surplus county property on the following dates: October 1st through October 15th, December 3rd through December 17th for 2014 and February 4th through February 18th, April 1st through April 15th, June 3rd through June 17th, and August 5th through August 19th in 2015. All auctions closing by 5pm CST on these dates.
