Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing advertising and setting date of September 10, 2014 at 3:00 PM in the Purchasing Department to receive bids for Facilities Parking Lot Fog Seal, Bid# 14IFB00246.

Background

This bid is to provide materials, experienced fog seal (specifically Polymer-Modified Emulsified Asphalt Surface Treatment) and striping crews and equipment to resurface the Williamson County Facilities’ parking lots. The estimated time of final completion is twenty (20) working days at engineer’s estimated cost of $122,114.
