Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Sixth Amendment to Interlocal Agreement for Law Enforcement Services by and between Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District and Williamson County, Texas.

Background

District and County entered into an Interlocal Agreement for Law Enforcement Services dated effective March 25, 2010 and it has been subsequently extended by five (5) separate amendments. Pursuant to this Sixth Amendment, the Agreement, as previously extended, would remain in full force and effect through September 30, 2014.
