BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:34 A.M. on FRIDAY, AUGUST 9, 2013, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

REGULAR AGENDA

1. Discuss, select, and consider approving a list of alternates for the salary grievance committee.

Motion by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey

Second by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Ron Morrison

Motion: To approve Julie Barrett, Sally White, Jan Repa, Andrew Webb, Stacie Bryan, Elise Slocum, Carla Willis, Micah Bell, and Vanessa Gorubec as alternates for the Salary Grievance Committee.

Judge Gattis invited everyone to a Public Meeting of the Grievance Committee on Monday, August 12, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at the Historic Courthouse.
