BE IT REMEMBERED that at 1:24 P.M. on TUESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2013, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.
  No action was taken on this item.
             
2. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the Budget for 2013 - 2014.
  Budget Officer Ashlie Koenig, Senior Director of Human Resources Lisa Zirkle, First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley, County Sheriff James R. Wilson, Chief Deputy for the Tax Assessor/Collector Larry Gaddes, and County Auditor David Flores addressed the Court.
  Motion by: Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long 
  Second by: Commissioner Precinct 1 Lisa Birkman 
Motion: To direct Ashlie Koenig to prepare the Budget for 2013-2014 as discussed and as reflected in the spreadsheet for a total of $139,263,103.00.

Motion: To add $6,300,000.00 out of Cash Ending to be used on Capital Expenditures.
