BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:08 A.M. on TUESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2013, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

2. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.

Motion: To approve the Avery Ranch bond payments of $1,062,080.00.

4. Consider adoption of the 2013 tax rate for Avery Ranch Road District.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.

Motion by: Commissioner Precinct 1 Lisa Birkman

Second by: Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long
Motion: To adopt the 2013 tax rate of .11624 per $100 evaluation for Avery Ranch Road District and authorize the County Judge to execute the Order.
