Merscorp Holdings, Inc. et al, In The United States District Court For The Southern District of Texas-Corpus Christi Division; and consider approval of the exemption of those attorney services form the competitive proposal/bid requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal and professional services, as set forth under Section 262.024 (a) (4) of the Texas Local Government Code; and authorize the County Judge to execute the proposed contingency fee contracts for engagement of those services.
