Consider approving the Suddenlink Emergency Work Authorization for SH 195 Segment 4 (Project 3).
Background
An unexpected utility was found during construction of SH 195 Segment 4.  This Emergency Work Authorization will allow the utilities to begin relocations while their Standard Utility Agreement is being processed.
