To discuss and take appropriate action on closing and detouring traffic on San Gabriel Ranch Road.
Background
The proposed road closure for San Gabriel Ranch Road is necessary in order to replace existing low water crossing culverts that have exceeded their useful life cycle. In addition to replacing the culverts the road will be elevated at the proposed culvert location to allow for residents to utilize the road during larger storm events. Rehabilitation of the road will occur simultaneously with the culvert replacement. The detour route is 10.25 miles long, take 18.5 minutes to travel at the posted speed limit and will be in place for 6 weeks.
