Discuss and take appropriate action on the amendment to the Title IV-E County Legal Services contract with the Texas Department of Family Protective Service.

Background

This contract enables the County to be reimbursed for legal services provided in connection with Texas Department of Protective Services cases that fall under Title IV-E federal funding. This is an amendment of the current contract that has been in place for many years, and this amendment has been reviewed and approved by Hal Hawes.
