Discuss and take appropriate action on extending Williamson County Bid 12IFB00034 Road Striping for Williamson County Road and Bridge for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the contract period beginning September 11, 2013 through September 10, 2014.

Background

Research has indicated that the PPI for Paint, coating & adhesive mfg increased by 6.3% from August 2012 through August 2013. Bidding out at this time may likely increase pricing.
After reviewing the information related to this item, it is in the best interest of the County to extend this bid with the current vendor for the same price, terms and conditions as the existing contract.
