Consider awarding bids received for IFB#13IFB00133 General Roadway Cast-in Place Concrete to the overall low bids meeting specifications, complete list filed with official minutes.
Background
The initial contract term will be for 6 months with 2 possible 6 months extensions. Items were grouped based upon the recommendation of the director of the R & B department. Low bid was determined based upon pricing for these select groups . Primary, secondary and tertiary awards are recommended to ensure uninterrupted operations (supporting tabulation is attached).
