Discuss and take appropriate action on Amendment to extend expiration date of the Local Initiative Project grant from Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
Background
This amendment will extend the Local Initiative Project (LIP) expiration date to August 31, 2014 and allow remaining funds to be advanced. The final remaining funds are $7688.00 and the local match, which is being met by vehicle use credit, is $1922.00. This will complete the counterfeit inspection certificate program.
