Consider authorizing road bond transfer request as per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager to transfer Right of Way Project (P180) in amount of $3,370,096.82 to the following projects: SH 195 (P149) $1,175,149.82, CR 170 (P213) $224,267.00, CR 258 (P256) $120,856.00, and SH 29 West (P217) $1,849,824.00.

Background

The right of way project was created to fund project's right of way purchases. Periodically, the funds will be transferred to the correct project to account for the project's expenditures for the fiscal year.
