Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non Departmental
Background
Each year for budget purposes the HR department projects the number of retirees for the general fund as well as the R&B fund. We have had a significantly higher number of people retire than what was previously estimated. This has caused the retiree line item to be depleted. This transfer will cover the months of August and September.
