Discuss and consider approving the consent of assignment of contract for the CR 110 South (US79-Limmer Loop) Road Bond project to CHA Consulting, Inc. who merged with R.W. Armstrong & Associates, Inc.

Background

R.W. Armstrong & Associates, Inc. who is currently contracted for the engineering design of CR 110 South (US79-Limmer Loop) merged with CHA Consulting, Inc. and through this consent to assignment of contracts would like to assume all engineering services contracts previously under RWA (effective July 29, 2013). The professionals currently providing design services on this project will remain the same.
