Information
Agenda Item
Discuss and consider approving Microsoft Volume Licensing Enterprise Enrollment and authorizing County Judge to sign the enrollment.
Background
Technology Services is considering moving our email services from on-premise -- where we house and maintain the servers and storage ourselves -- to MS365, where our email, and perhaps some office products, will be run on servers and storage housed and maintained by Microsoft.  In order to further investigate this possibility we would like to perform a proof-of-concept pilot of about 25 users.  In order to perform this pilot, we are required to sign the Enterprise Enrollment form.

Purchasing, Auditing and Legal have all reviewed this as well, although these types of contracts are generally not subject to change, since the contract is between Microsoft and the State of Texas, and we are simply enrolling to participate in that agreement.
