Background

This 9-lot rural subdivision is located inside the Georgetown ETJ; however, since all parcels are greater then 5 acres and no public improvements are proposed, the review and approval of this plat falls under the jurisdiction of Williamson County and not the City of Georgetown. The preliminary plat was approved by Williamson County on May 21, 2013.
