Consider authorizing the road bond transfer request recommended by Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager to transfer $4,000,000 from SH 195 (P149) to the following projects with designated amounts: $200,000 to O'Connor (P127), $250,000 RM 620 Improvements (P167), $350,000 to Ronald Reagan Phase III (P211), $50,000 to CR 138 (P179), $2,000,000 to Lakeline Blvd Extension (P170), $350,000 Forest North Drainage Study (P255), and $800,000 to Pearson Ranch Rd/SH 45/RM 620 Interchange (P222). Also, transfer $350,000 from US 79 Drainage (P155) to US 79/Second Streeet (P244).
