| Background |
| Per LGC, 152.014, a salary grievance committee is partially composed off nine public members. These members and a list of alternates shall be selected during a meeting of the Commissioner’s Court. If the lists of alternates is exhausted, a replacement shall be selected at the next regular or called Commissioner’s Court meeting. |
