Discuss and take action in authorizing the payment of Compensatory Balance to Deputy Elections Administrator.
Background
The Deputy Elections Administrator was reclassified from Non-exempt to Exempt on 2/9/07. At the time of reclassification the employee had a compensatory balance of 240 hours. This balance is still outstanding and is being requested to be paid out.
Total cost is estimated at $7,893.91 to include fringe.
Human Resource has reviewed this reqest.
