Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the 425th District Court
Background
Judge Lambeth is attending training for her CLE's and the conference is free. However she is requesting additional funding to pay for her overnight stay since the conference requires two nights. Should the court decide to not approve the funding, she will limit her conference time and stay time to one day vs. two.
