Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, Wire Transfers and Electronic Payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
  Accounts Payable/Payroll Manager Donna Baker addressed the Court. Commissioner Birkman abstained in regards to payment of an invoice for The Gabriels Funeral Chapel (Conflict of Interest Affidavit attached).

Motion: To adopt the proposed Retiree Contribution Rates effective immediately for new hires and effective February 1, 2013 for current employees who retire at a rate of 100% of the Cobra rate plus 2% for those with less than 8 years of service; 50% of the Cobra rate plus 2% for those with 8-15 years of service, 30% of Cobra rate plus 2% for those with 16-25 years of service, 15% of Cobra rate plus 2% for those with 25 years of service but not less than what current employees pay for their health insurance premiums.
