Discuss and take appropriate action regarding an Antiquities Permit Application to the Texas Historical Commission required as part of Due Diligence Environmental Investigations on the CR 258 Project (Sunset Ridge to Ronald Reagan Blvd).

Background

The permit requests the approval of intensive archeological survey, with surface and subsurface investigations as necessary based on field conditions, on CR 258 needed to satisfy Environmental Due Diligence requirements. No investigations will take place until a permit is received from the Texas Historical Commission.
