Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge use of funds for the Sheriff's Office:

Background

The Sheriff's Office is recycling empty shell casings from participating entities at the SO Training Facility. The monies received from recycling will be used for improvements at this Facility. This is to recognize the expense for the repair of the 25-yard knee wall.
