Discuss and take appropriate action on extending Williamson County Bid 12WCA018 Landscape Maintenance for Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the contract period beginning October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013.

Background

This contract will be extended for the same pricing, terms and conditions as allowed per bid specification. This bid is tied to the CPI for March of 2012 which was publicized as a 2.7% increase. It is our recommendation to extend this contract as bidding out at this time may likely result in a price increase for this commodity/service.
