Discuss and consider approval of Veolia Environmental Services Agreement to clean asphalt tanks, provide waste containers, transportation and disposal of materials removed for Williamson County Road and Bridge at a cost not to exceed $45,000.

Background

The agreement is to clean existing older asphalt tanks so that they can be placed back into production.

Veolia will provide labor and equipment to clean 2 asphalt/tar tanks for Williamson County. Violia will provide the waste containers, transportation and proper disposal of the materials removed from each tank; using the circulation method to remove the tar from the tanks. If required Veolia will cut a 3x4 door sheet in the tanks to obtain access.
