Discuss and consider approving the Tax Collection Agreement between Williamson County Municipal Utility District No 25 and the Williamson County Tax Assessor Collector.
Background

The two originals of the Tax Collection Agreement with Williamson County MUD No 25 requires the County Judge's signature including the resolution.  Hard copies were sent via inter departmental mail to Judge Gattis for signature.  The County Clerks signature is also required.  Pages are marked for signatures.  Please send one original back to Tax Assessor Collector after signatures to forward to the entity board president.
