Discuss and consider approving a service agreement for FY11/12 with Hill Country Revision Service.
Background
Hill Country Revision Service has been the vendor who updates the County's law books for several decades. This agreement is needed to enable us to formalize this relationship. Also this agreement will enable the County to backpay the vendor to October 1, 2011 for budget increases approved in the FY11/12 budget process.
