Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for JP4.

Background

JP 4 is requesting line item transfers based on current year to date expenditures and projected expenditures for the remainder of FY 2012 due to increase cost for mandatory training and updated legal books. Also line item transfer to Temp Labor to cover labor expense for Temp. We have Temp in Criminal Court Clerk III position on a probationary basis.
