Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the HazMat Department:

Background

There are two reasons for the transfer request. First, the air conditioning went out in Chief Herrin's work truck; this is the second time it has gone out. Second, the generators were pushing CO into the trailers under certain wind conditions, and Fleet has created special mufflers to raise up the exhaust over the trailers to prevent this from happening in the future. Both expenditures were unanticipated.
