Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the Texas Indigent Defense Commission award to Williamson County of a FY2012 Technical Support Grant in the amount of $100,000 in response to your application titled Williamson County Indigent Defense Evaluation including but not limited to authorizing the signing of the Statement of Grant Award for fiscal year 2012.

Please review and consider the attached Letter and Statement of Award. The signed award statement must be returned on or before August 26, 2012.
