Background
On July 17, 2012 Commissioners' Court approved an Advance Funding Agreement for an operational study of traffic and freight movements on IH 35, parallel routes and intersecting roadways impacting the IH 35 corridor between RM 1431 and SH 45. This Notice of Intent is to receive LOI's from engineering services for this project.
